Shipping
Shipping is absolutely unpredictable, most packages have a base line of $100 insurance and I add insurance to orders over that. If you have a problem with your order from shipping please send me pictures of the box, packaging and item upon opening the box. I need these pictures for the shipping company and insurance claim. If pictures are not provided all shipping and repair costs are on the buyer.
I do have a day job that sucks up a lot of my time during the weekdays. I generally take up to 7 days to process all orders, but can take longer if I'm apart of an event, sick or getting an influx of orders. I double and triple check things before I send them out to make sure they're perfect. If you need something shipped ASAP or upgraded shipping please contact me before hand to make sure this can be achieved.
Repairs
If an item breaks on the buyers behalf I will fix it for a fee. In this instance it would be materials + time + shipping. Things are fragile so please be careful around them.
If a glass cover breaks I am willing to send a new one for the buyer to replace if it is preferred. In this instance it would be materials + shipping
Some vintage frames, items or displays cannot be replaced.
Aftercare
Please review your after care sheets or the info in the FAQ tab for information about wets and mummies. All mummies are susceptible to shedding, bugs, pet damage, breaks, etc. in uncontrolled environments. Your care sheet explains how to prevent this and keep mummies in pristine condition.
Mummied animals will not be replaced under any circumstances

Commissions & Payments
I take cancellations within 48 hours of the order placed. Please contact me I am understanding to situations.
Every Commission or memorial will have a customized contract that will need to be signed at the time of deposit. This is to ensure we cover all our bases and an agreement of my shop policies listed below. The contract contains the Estimated total, estimated time period along with any other specified information.
I am open to payment plans, on a case by case basis, and am more than willing to be flexible. Payment plans are not automatic. If a payment plan fails to be arranged before final payment is due, there will be no options for plans and the final payment will be due in full. If a payment is missed, after 30 days the item will be forfeited and I will relist it for someone else to buy.
For art commissions, base line deposit is 50% of the final estimate at the start of the project and then the remaining 50% at the finish. Commissions will be held for one month (30 days) upon completion, if the remaining balance is not paid off within 30 days, the item will be forfeited and I will relist for someone else to purchase or dismantle.
For pet memorials 30% of the final estimate is due before intake. 30% due at half way point and final 40%~ will be due once everything is finished unless prior payment plans are arranged. Nothing will be released or sent back without full payment of the invoice. Memorials will fall into a longer 60 day pay period. After the 60 days period has passed and there has been no final payment, a $5 or $10 a day storage fee will be added to your invoice. I will hold for another 60 days for a charge of up to $300-$600. Storage fee subject to be higher for larger pieces due to limited space. There will be a notice of a final 24 hour grace period at the end of the 120 day pay period. If you fail to communicate with me or make the final payment your pet memorial will be considered surrendered and forfeited back to my business for me to sell, keep or respectfully dispose of at my discretion.
Please read carefully. Final payment is due within, 30 days for an art commission and 60 days for memorials, of invoice being sent, or the day I say your commission is complete (if no prior payment plans have been arranged) . There will be a final 24 hour grace period after I send the final deadline notification. If final payment is missed within 24 hours the invoice will become void and the piece(s) will be forfeited back to my business.
If a message goes unanswered for more than 14 days, final discretion will be up to me for decisions on what to do with your commission or memorial.
Deposits and any prior payments are NONREFUNDABLE.
