Shipping

I have a code for local pickup "LOCALGHOST" for people who are local to me. Do not use this code if you are not local to me as I will refund you and keep shipping quote due to processing fees. Free shipping should automatically be offered for people within 15 miles of me. 

Shipping is absolutely unpredictable, most packages have a base line of $100 insurance and we usually add insurance to orders over that. If you have a problem with your order from shipping, please send pictures of the box, packaging and item upon opening the box. We need these pictures for the shipping company and insurance claim. If pictures are not provided all shipping and repair costs are on the buyer as of 2023. 

We take 1-3 days to process all orders and can take longer if I'm hosting an event or getting an influx of orders. I double and triple check things before I send them out to make sure they're perfect. If you need something shipped ASAP or upgraded shipping please contact me before hand to make sure this can be achieved. 

I do not process orders on Saturday, I do not ship on Sundays.
